All orders are processed as normal,

however you might experience delivery delays due to the COVID-19.

*Based on the info provided by the courier, Spain and Denmark will need extra 10+days shipping time.

Handling Time 
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If a significant delay in shipment is expected for your order, we will contact you via email. 
All the orders are dispatched from Taiwan via national postal service

 

What is your return policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
If you’re looking to return your item, we’re happy to either exchange or refund your order within 10 days when you receive the products as long as the product is unworn and in its original packaging. Please note this excludes earrings due to  hygiene reasons.  Your item needs to have a receipt or a proof of the purchase. Postage costs of returning any product to us are the responsibility of the customer.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, a free refund will be offered. Please send us an email at mail@reflection-uk.com  (please quote your order number with your inquiry and image of the defective ) within 3 days upon receiving the item and we will get back to you as soon as possible.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you intend to apply for a refund, take an image of the defective product and send to us. You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have a receipt or a proof of the purchase.

Once we received and inspected your return item, we will immediately send you an approval email. We will also notify you if the request cannot be processed for reasons listed:

  1. Any item is damaged or partial loss not due to our error.
  2. Any item is not returned within its validity period.

If your request approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
